*ANNOUNCEMENT #1: As of 12-7-2022 MB 114 is on HOLD and will NOT go into effect 12-8-22. We are excepting all transfers like normal until we receive further notice from State and local authorities.

*ANNOUNCEMENT #2: Temporary Amendment to our Firearms Transfer Policy

Threat Dynamics’ standard policy for releasing firearms that are “Delayed” by OSP has always been; we will not release firearms until after 30 days and ONLY to CHL holders. Threat Dynamics temporarily amends this policy due to the unconstitutional nature of measure 114 and its unprecedented effects on law-abiding Oregonians. Starting December 5th, 2022, and until further notice, any Transferee that has completed a 4473 and OSP background check that has been in the “Delayed” status for more than 3 FULL business days [excluding the day of the background check & holidays] may receive their firearm(s) during normal business hours (10 am to 7 pm). An appointment is still needed to pick up your firearm. Call 503-730-3857 for questions and appointments.

If you have had a firearm on delayed status LONGER than 30 days with us please call 503-730-3857 to set up an additional background check as required by the ATF.

ONLINE TRANSFERS [YES we are still excepting online transfers]

***PLEASE NOTE: Please do not call or come in once you see the tracking information saying that we received your order. The firearm must be processed by us first and then WE WILL CALL YOU to make an appointment to complete the 4473 and background check.

There is no need to call us once you have made your online order. All online orders come with your information on them and that’s all we need to get ahold of you.

*ANNOUNCEMENT #3: PRICE INCREASE to $100.00 [Non-Member price only]. [12-7-22]

Due to the extremely high volumes of online firearms transfers being sent to us, the cost of additional staffing, and extra days open needed to receive and perform background checks; all online firearms transfers received by us on or after Dec. 8th will now cost $100.

APPOINTMENTS are needed to pick up all firearms transfers. We will call you to make an appointment to complete the 4473 and background check after we have received the firearm into our system.

NOTE: Please be patient with us to make this appointment as we are experiencing an unprecedented amount of firearms being sent to us and we are going as fast as we can to get them all received and scheduled. It is very important to Theat Dynamics that our customers and members have the ability to purchase firearms for their potential protection or desires without being infringed upon and without delay from the State and we will continue to accept transfers until we are told to stop by someone we respect enough to do so.

COST:
NON-MEMBER: $100.00 per firearm, $10 for each additional firearm on the same background check.

MEMBER PRICE: $50.00 per firearm, $10 for each additional firearm on the same background check.

OPS Background Check: $10.95

PRIVATE-PARTY FIREARM TRANSFERS

Consignment

As we do not always have inventory for sale, most of our firearms for purchase are on consignment. If you are looking to sell your firearm, having it on display in our cases will give you a higher chance of a sale, as it is seen by thousands of people a week. Below are the policies for consigning a firearm with us.

CONSIGNMENT POLICIES

To consign a firearm with us, you must provide proof of ownership.

Fees associated with consignment are a $30 processing fee and 20% of the final sale.

Consignments can be taken off consignment at any time, however, a $30 fee plus a background check will take place
