All of our highly trained staff at Threat Dynamics has either a Military, Law Enforcement or NRA Certified Pistol Instructors background and/or all three. You can trust that the training you receive by our Threat Dynamics instructors is of the very highest level.

Everyone in the company feels strongly that the loss of one police officer or active duty military is a tragedy for us all.

Meet Our Staff

SGT Ryan Tuttle (Retired)
Founder, President & CEO

SGT. Ryan Tuttle (retired) served in the Oregon Army National Guard as an 11B Infantryman for 8 years. His accomplishments include:  Serving one tour in Iraq from 2004 to 2005, with over 400 combat operations including the Battle of An Najaf, the Battle of Fallujah, and over 30 combat Air Assault missions from Blackhawk helicopters. Tuttle’s combat experience also includes operations in Sadr City, Tarmiyah, Taji & Baghdad Iraq.

SGT Tuttle also aided in security operations during the Hurricane Katrina relief efforts. As a Weapons Squad Leader, Tuttle participated in Scout training operations in (nationally) Oregon, Idaho, Louisiana, Georgia, Texas, (Internationally) Kuwait, Mongolia and Japan.

Tuttle has been professionally training Law Enforcement, Military and Civilians since 2009.

SSG Kris Peterson           

SSG Kris Peterson is currently in the Oregon National Guard as an 11B Infantryman.  He has served two tours in Iraq.  The first deployment was from 2004 to 2005,
and the second from 2009 until 2010.  Peterson
has over 600 combat operations, some of which include the Battle of An Najaf,
the Battle of Fallujah, Sadar City, Tarmiyah, Taji, Baghdad, and over 30 combat
Air Assault missions.

SSG Peterson was also mustered to
active duty to aid in Hurricane Katrina relief efforts and is currently a
Platoon Sergeant in his company.

Presidential Unit Citation –
Awarded for bravery in combat for the Battle of Fallujah

Bronze Star Medal – For combat action during the 2009-2010 OIF Deployment.

ARCOM – For Combat action under fire for the Battle of An Najaf
Combat Infantryman’s Badge
